Start off with less frosting than you think you need to add to the crumbled cake, as you can add more as you mix it. Mini pumpkin bundt cakes sliced on wooded board. I've made pumpkin cakes before, but this time i decided to do a pumpkin version of the old standby chocolate sheet cake that has saved (the regular sheet cake recipe calls for 1 cup, but since the pumpkin naturally has some water in it, i decreased it a little bit.) whisk it all together and set it aside. We're officially sharing our first pumpkin recipe of the season, and i couldn't be more excited.
